Here's a picture of Benjamin and me at church last Wednesday.
Looking at this picture from when he was 1 week old, you can really see how much he has grown!
One of the Awana activities of the night was a balloon release. There's a message from our Awana kids attached to each balloon including the address for people to send us letters back. We actually do receive responses from people who find the messages after the balloons pop & fall somewhere.
The treehugger in me shudders a bit at our annual release. Oh well.
Benjamin wasn't too enthusiastic about the whole ordeal. He enjoyed his stroller though.
And they're off!
The multi-colored polka dots do look pretty against the blue sky but I, too, hate to think about an animal swallowing one of the deflated balloons.
ReplyDeleteThat boy is definitely thriving on his current nutrition! And your hair is down in both pictures. It is so pretty and thick and soft. Guess I admire it so much because mine is fine and straight and thinner than ten years ago.
